Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to handle employee lifecycle management efficiently.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Conduct candidate screening and shortlisting as per job requirements
Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs
Oversee complete employee life cycle management
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with departments for hiring requirements and workforce planning
Organize and manage placement drives and campus recruitment activities
Assist in performance management and employee retention initiatives
Address employee queries and support HR operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates
Support HR policy implementation and organizational development activities
Conduct employee engagement activities and HR events
Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture
Handle exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent recruitment and negotiation skills
Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Familiarity with onboarding and employee engagement processes
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Team coordination and stakeholder management skills
