Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products or service solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
- Conduct market research to identify new business trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure professional customer service and maintain long-term business relationships.
