Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, orders, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide customers with product/service information and guide them through the purchase or service process.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Support sales activities by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in line with company standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
