About the Role
Looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
The role requires working closely with business users, product owners, developers, architects, and project teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and system enhancements.
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive implementation and enhancement projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend Salesforce-based process improvements.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, wireframes, and functional documentation.
Support UAT planning, test case preparation, defect management, and end-user training.
Collaborate with business teams to improve CRM adoption and user experience.
Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and business objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
Mandatory Skills
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Experience writing:
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
User Stories
Use Cases
Process Flows
Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security concepts, and platform capabilities.
Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
Exposure to Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing business processes.
Exposure to CRM transformation or digital transformation projects.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
