- Job Title: Project Installation Engineer
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Technical & Consultation*
- Possess strong technical knowledge of window/door installation processes and use of tools & equipment.
- Provide technical consultation to builders and architects at new projects regarding product fitment, design, and installation methodology.
*2. Project Planning & Coordination*
- Plan project site installation schedules based on site readiness and client requirements.
- Coordinate with builders/contractors on project progress and adjust installation schedules accordingly.
- Prepare monthly installation plans for site handover in coordination with Sales, Logistics, and CX teams.
- Prepare daily operational planning for loading/unloading activities in coordination with Sales, CX, Logistics, customers, technicians, and outsourced teams.
*3. Team & Site Management*
- Manage and handle service station team training needs to ensure quality execution.
- Plan and develop skills of the ground team, including in-house and outsourced technicians/supervisors, as per defined roles and responsibilities.
- Build and maintain high morale and motivation among ground team members through regular formal and informal meetings.
*4. Operations & Dispatch*
- Coordinate with the production unit for timely dispatch of finished goods to project sites.
- Ensure timely follow-up for materials with CX and Installation Head to adhere to service issue resolution commitments.
- Oversee handover formalities at project sites upon completion of installation.
*5. Reporting & Communication*
- Report to the Regional Head on project progress, challenges, and site difficulties.
- Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders for smooth project execution.
