About the Role:
- We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who can scale sales across Quick Commerce platforms, Marketplaces, and Paid Media channels.
- The ideal candidate understands numbers, ROAS, CAC, and conversion funnels — and can aggressively optimize campaigns for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale ads on Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
- Handle marketplace advertising on Amazon & Flipkart
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive performance marketing strategy focused on ROAS & conversions
- Manage campaign budgets and performance reports
- Optimize product listings for higher visibility and sales
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Coordinate with content & design teams for ad creatives
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Experience running ads on Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Ads
- Understanding of Quick Commerce ad dashboards
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels & analytics
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Understanding of funnels, CAC, LTV & scaling strategies
Experience:
- 3+ years in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Quick Commerce preferred
- Proven track record of scaling ad budgets with positive ROAS

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
