Salary : Competitive base salary + Bonus (percentage basis on every closing deal)
Job Overview & Responsibilities :-
Daily Field Visits : Meet potential clients, local retailers, and corporate partners in person.
Lead Generation : Pitch products or services to potential clients and bring in new business opportunities by cold-calling, visiting the sites/properties. Leads will not be provided, you will have to generate new leads.
Reporting : Submit daily and weekly logs of visits, leads, and competitor insights.
Eligibility Requirements :-
Education : We do not explicitly require a degree, as we believe practical skills and capabilities are more important than a traditional qualification. However, candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade (in any stream). A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage.
Experience : Ranging from 6 months to 3+ years of field sales or marketing experience.
Travel : A two-wheeler (bike or scooty) and a valid driving license are mandatory.
Communication : Good spoken english skills along with convincing ability to close the deals quickly.
