About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction and interior fit-out projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive site management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Experience managing large teams of workers and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
