Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (1–2 Years Experience)Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of experience to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage social media platforms and oversee content planning and publishing.
- Coordinate and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitor SEO performance and work on improving organic search rankings.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
