Cradle Hospital is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and promote our healthcare services across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creativity, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and graphic design.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the hospital's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create attractive posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Design creative graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Capture photos and videos of hospital events, awareness programs, and healthcare services.
- Edit videos and create short reels for social media.
- Respond to comments, messages, and patient inquiries professionally.
- Monitor page performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and healthcare marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff to create educational and promotional content.
- Ensure all content follows the hospital's branding guidelines and maintains patient confidentiality.
- Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Filmora, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
