Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle domestic and import purchase accounting, including Bills of Entry, customs duty, freight, and landed cost accounting.
- Process vendor invoices and customer receipts, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank accounting, bank reconciliations, and payment processing (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
- Prepare and reconcile GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related data.
- Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts on a regular basis.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing, MIS reports, and audit support.
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Logistics, and other internal departments to ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in import accounting, purchase accounting, banking, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and month-end closing.
- Working knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred).
