Growth Opportunity
This role offers significant room to grow. As Abracon scales its global product portfolio, the Pricing Analyst gains broad exposure across every line of business — Frequency Control & Timing, Power & Magnetics, and RF & Antennas — and works directly with Product Line Managers, Procurement, Sales, and senior leadership. It is an ideal platform to build deep expertise in pricing strategy, margin management, and the electronic-components market, with a clear path toward senior pricing, product management, or commercial-strategy roles. As we modernize our pricing tools and analytics — including CPQ automation — you will help shape a function that is central to the company’s profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and release Abracon’s price guide on a regular (quarterly) cadence, keeping pricing aligned with the market and with margin targets across all lines of business.
-
Partner with Product Line Managers to develop, evaluate, and enhance pricing models and structures.
-
Analyze market data and competitor trends — using distributor and market-reference pricing — to set and validate prices and inform pricing strategy.
-
Maintain accurate pricing data (price, cost, MOQ/SPQ, lead time, and lifecycle status) across our product and pricing systems, ensuring data integrity and version control.
-
Develop and maintain price-monitoring models and dashboards that surface pricing gaps and repricing opportunities.
-
Prepare documented justification for price changes and route them for the appropriate product-management review and approval.
-
Support cost-driven repricing by assessing the impact of supplier and input-cost changes on margin, customers, and inventory.
-
Run recurring competitive benchmarking and translate the findings into actionable pricing recommendations.
-
Generate and distribute price reports and guides to key stakeholders.
-
Define and document pricing best practices and process improvements that drive efficiency and profitability.
-
Support the implementation of pricing rules in our quoting/CPQ tools and monitor price adherence.
-
Support special-pricing, design-registration, and part-number-creation activities within our customer and product-management systems.
-
Provide lifecycle information for all lines of business, and support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
-
Leverage Excel, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and internal platforms for daily analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
-
4–7 years of relevant experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
-
Knowledge of the electronic-component industry is strongly preferred, including familiarity with distribution channels (POS/POA, distributor margin, and design registration).
-
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including gross-margin and profitability analysis.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience applying them to large data sets.
-
Proficiency in Excel and data-analysis/BI tools (e.g., Power BI); familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics) and CPQ tools is a plus.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-
A motivated analytical thinker and problem-solver with a passion to grow the business.
