Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and execute daily lesson plans for physical, life, and earth sciences based on educational standards.
- Lab Management: Set up demonstrations, ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety protocols, and supervise hands-on student experiments.
- Student Assessment: Evaluate and track student performance through quizzes, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an inclusive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment while handling diverse student needs.
- Communication: Partner with parents and school administration to report on academic progress and discuss student development.
Core Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Education (B.Sc, B.Ed, or equivalent). A Master's degree (M.Sc) is often preferred.
- Certifications: State or regional teaching certifications (e.g., CTET, TET in India) may be required depending on the school district.
