Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physics Faculty to join the academic team at Crimson Schools. The role involves teaching, mentoring, and guiding students preparing for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, Olympiads, and other entrance tests. The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual foundation in relevant subject, effective communication and mentoring skills, and a result-oriented teaching approach to help students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver interactive and concept-based classroom sessions in relevant subject for JEE/NEET aspirants.
- Develop and review lecture plans, assignments, and question papers aligned with exam patterns.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions to address student learning gaps.
- Track student performance, provide detailed feedback, and ensure measurable progress.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to enhance teaching content and delivery methods.
- Maintain high academic standards and align teaching with Crimson’s pedagogy.
- Participate in faculty training sessions, parent interactions, and academic reviews.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline from a reputed institute (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching for JEE/NEET preparation.
- Preferred: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing students in competitive exams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
