We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to join our Early Childhood Education team and help create a joyful learning environment for young learners.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Nursery, LKG, UKG, or Primary classes following age-appropriate learning methodologies.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with foundational learning objectives.
- Foster cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skill development in children.
- Conduct classroom activities including storytelling, rhymes, phonics, art & craft, games, and experiential learning.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress through observations and developmental assessments.
- Maintain student records and prepare progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student growth and development.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and emotional security of all children under your care.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma or certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Montessori Training, D.El.Ed., or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized school or preschool (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good classroom management and child-handling skills.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences through play-based and activity-based teaching methods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Positive attitude, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
