Job Title: Student Counsellor
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and recommend suitable programs and institutions.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in completing application forms and preparing necessary documentation.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain records of student inquiries and admissions using CRM systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions.
- Achieve student enrolment targets and contribute to organizational growth.
- Stay updated on education trends, university policies, and admission procedures.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience in student counselling, education consultancy, admissions, or customer service is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
