Job Title: Consultant - Inside Sales
About IndiLeads
IndiLeads is a boutique demand generation and appointment-setting consulting firm, that works with IT services, SaaS, IT product, and management consulting firms to drive their revenue growth. We set up one-on-one Introductory meetings for the Sales and Business Leaders of our clients with CXO’s, VP’s, Director’s, and BU Heads from their target companies through an outcome-driven approach. Acting as an extension of our Client Sales teams, we generate high-quality sales opportunities.

Role Overview
Compensation: ₹ 7 LPA (60% fixed, 40% variable)
Work Schedule: 5-day workweek (weekends off)
Location: Kadavanthra, Ernakulam (On-site)
Earning Potential: Uncapped performance-based variable pay, with top performers earning ₹1,50,000+ per month
Associates are entitled to 18 days of paid annual leave per year, accrued at 1.5 days per month,
Ideal Candidate
- Post MBA Work Experience of 3 to 12 months.
- Preferred location: Ernakulam/Cochin.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to follow structured sales methodologies and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality meetings for client sales teams and ensure their successful completion
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct 150–200 outbound engagements daily (typically requiring no more than 7-8 hours).
- Schedule and confirm virtual meetings with potential customers.
- Participate in scheduled meetings when required.
- Meet a minimum target of 8 meetings per month (desk-based, no travel required).
- 30-day onboarding period before performance targets take effect.

Year 1: Promotion to **Senior Consultant, Inside Sales**, mentoring consultants.
Year 2: Advancement to **Manager, Inside Sales**, overseeing a team and client relationships.
