We are looking for an experienced as well as Fresher Aluminium Cutter to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing aluminium profiles as per drawings, measurements, and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut aluminium profiles according to required dimensions and specifications.
- Operate aluminium cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand basic drawings, measurements, and cutting lists.
- Ensure accurate cutting with minimum material wastage.
- Check dimensions and quality of cut aluminium pieces.
- Identify and report damaged or defective materials.
- Handle aluminium profiles carefully to avoid scratches or damage.
- Maintain proper alignment and accuracy during cutting.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of cutting machines and tools.
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with production, carpentry, and installation teams as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Aluminium Cutter, Aluminium Fabricator, or similar role preferred.
- Experience in furniture, modular kitchen, aluminium fabrication, or interior industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of aluminium profiles, cutting measurements, and cutting tools.
- Ability to use measuring tape, scale, and other hand tools.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a production team.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aluminium cutting machines.
- Ability to understand measurements and cutting schedules.
- Good material handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
