Your expertise in handing client during pre-sales technical discussion and your ability to position TENCO products to build a strong relationship with clients indenting senior executives will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for costing & estimation of
- 11&33 KV INDOOR VCB PANELS/COMPACT SUB STATION/CR PANELS
- NON TTA/TTA IEC 61439-IEC 61641 ELECTRICAL PANELS: LT PCC/MCC/APFC PANELS/DG
SYN/DISTRIBUTION BOARDS UPTO 6300 A + Cable tray & Bus ducts
- IT SERVER RACK, EV CHARGERS
Prospective Clients to be handled: Strategic dealing and matching customer requirement (CPWD/PWD/Housing Board/ SMART CITY, PSU –BHEL, ISRO, BARC, PDIL , METRO RAIL,HAL,IOCL,BPCL,HPCL, GAIL, REFINERIES, ELECTRICAL CONSULTANTS, PMC, MULTINATIONAL COMPANY/INDUSTRIES ), etc.
Requirements and skills
- Knowledge of Excel formulas, v-lookup, h-lookup.
- Use of online platforms-teams, zoom, any desk, ultra viewer.
- Use of email.
- Proven work experience in estimation & tendering.
- Proven track record handling complex tender specification, SLD.
- Must have knowledge of price list reading & production selection from switchgear, relay, etc suppliers.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel for technical and commercial closure with/without senior management.
- Own vehicle & local language along with English fluency will be preferred.
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements and accordingly pitch correct solution from our basket.
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively understand client needs to do costing for timely getting better techno-commercial offer.
- Electrical Engineering degree will be preferred.
- Daily Client follow-up for technical/commercial closure and keeping record in excel+ERP.
- Daily reporting for list of bids submitted/bids in hand, etc.
- Must have mindset of bid to win the order.
Candidates understanding panel costing, GA, control circuit, tender specs will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
