About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Python Trainer to join our team in Mavelikkara. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming and a flair for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners to develop practical coding skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and deliver Python training modules tailored to beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Training Delivery: Conduct interactive classroom and lab sessions, ensuring concepts are explained clearly with practical examples.
- Hands-on Projects: Guide students through real-world projects, coding exercises, and assignments to strengthen applied knowledge.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
- Mentorship: Support learners with career guidance, interview preparation, and problem-solving techniques.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, libraries, and industry practices to keep training relevant.
- Collaboration: Work closely with academic coordinators and other trainers to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, including core concepts, OOP, and advanced topics.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or data libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator in programming.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
