Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop high-level design concepts for residential projects, ensuring compliance with Pune bylaws.
- Create detailed architectural designs, working drawings, and detail drawings for highrise buildings.
- Manage a team of architects to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
- Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to completion, including site visits.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
