Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Generate and manage leads through digital platforms, referrals, events, and corporate partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Ensure timely follow-up of inquiries, test drives, and customer appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports using CRM systems.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Work closely with finance, insurance, and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present business insights to management.
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Automotive Retail.
- Prior experience in an automobile dealership is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
