Job Summary
Resource Logistics Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Chennai. We are looking for professionals with 2–5+ years of experience in end-to-end US IT Recruitment who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Meet recruitment targets while ensuring quality submissions.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–5+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Implementation Partners is preferred.
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Willingness to work US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
