About Us
We are a growing renewable fuels manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality biodiesel and related products. As we begin commercial operations, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production & Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
● · Receive, unload, transfer, and store raw materials and finished products in designated tanks while maintaining accurate quantity records.
● · Operate processing equipment, charge materials as per batch requirements, monitor process parameters, and record production data for each batch.
● · Perform stock verification and maintain daily inventory records for raw materials and finished goods.
● · Conduct routine inspection of pumps, motors, valves, and other plant equipment, carry out basic troubleshooting, and assist with preventive maintenance activities.
● · Load finished products into delivery vehicles, verify dispatch quantities, maintain production and dispatch documentation, and ensure only quality-approved batches are released for delivery.
● · Follow plant safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure safe handling of materials and equipment, and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications
Education
● ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or a related field.
● Relevant industrial experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
Preferred Experience
● · 1–5 years of experience in chemical plants, biodiesel or renewable fuel plants, edible oil processing, petrochemical industries, or other industrial manufacturing environments is preferred.
● · Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and tank transfer systems will be an added advantage.
● · Fresh ITI or Diploma candidates with good technical aptitude, basic knowledge of industrial equipment, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
● · Knowledge of production equipment, plant operations, and industrial safety practices.
● · Hands-on experience with pumps, motors, valves, pipelines, and material transfer systems.
● · Ability to operate machinery, monitor process parameters, and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
● · Good record-keeping, attention to detail, and basic inventory documentation skills.
● · Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with the Quality Control and operations teams.
● · Strong focus on safety, quality, housekeeping, and responsible equipment handling.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
