Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-in drives.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate recruitment for Front of House, Back of House, Kitchen, Bar, Delivery, Corporate, and Support functions.
Manage bulk hiring for new restaurant openings and expansion projects.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring timelines.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future manpower requirements.
Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with HR Operations for on boarding and induction.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports and hiring dashboards.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
