- Recruitment & Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Technicians, and Office Staff, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations & Grievances: Resolve workplace issues, manage disciplinary actions, and support performance appraisals.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Maintain employee records, handle attendance management, shift rosters, and assist with payroll processing and statutory filings (PF, ESI).
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, particularly on shop floors.
- Onboarding & Training: Coordinate induction programs and facilitate training sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an automotive, retail, or manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
