Job Description:
Veg Dhara is looking for a detail-oriented Vegetable Grading Executive to ensure that all vegetables meet the company's quality standards before dispatch. The role involves inspecting, sorting, grading, and maintaining the quality of fresh produce to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming vegetables for freshness, quality, and appearance.
- Sort and grade vegetables based on size, quality, and company standards.
- Remove damaged, spoiled, or substandard produce.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of vegetables to maintain freshness.
- Assist in packing and preparing graded vegetables for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grading and packing area.
- Report quality issues or shortages to the operations team.
- Follow standard operating procedures for quality control.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to identify quality differences in produce.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling crates and vegetable bags when required.
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
- Prior experience in vegetable grading, packing, warehousing, or quality control is preferred but not mandatory.
