We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to produce high-quality visual content aligned with brand guidelines and client objectives. The role involves creating engaging designs and video assets for digital and print platforms, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and consistency. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into compelling visuals while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with client briefs and campaign goals
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials
- Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms
- Ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to brand guidelines with zero brand violations
- Deliver design and video assets within agreed timelines and turnaround times
- Create multiple creative concepts/routes for campaigns and iterate based on feedback
- Handle client feedback professionally, document revisions, and implement changes within defined timelines
- Produce UI/UX design elements (if required) ensuring usability and user-centric approach
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure all technical specifications (resolution, formats, etc.) are accurate
- Maintain a proper file structure and organized library in tools like Figma and Google Drive
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables are error-free before submission
- Collaborate with social media, content, marketing, and tech teams for integrated campaign execution
- Track performance of creative assets and derive insights to improve output quality
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Skills Required
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Video editing skills including transitions, motion graphics, and basic animation
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Good communication skills to handle feedback and collaborate with teams
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate original ideas and concepts
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media formats
- File management and documentation discipline
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Video Editing
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or creative environment preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic design and video editing work
- Experience handling multiple clients or projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
