ABOUT JOB ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Executive for our organization. The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic in communicating with clients and customers and will have a plethora of ideas for developing effective tactics.

- Good MS excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should be pleasant and empathetic while they’re Managing Enterprise clients.
- Resolve client complaints via phone, email, whatsApp.
- Possess great listening skills and patience
- Possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended Accordingly and keep records of client interactions
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues.
- Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
