Role: Inside Sales Representative / AssociateKey Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers and convert leads into registrations or sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain event details, pricing, and benefits.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and assist with registration processes.
- Build relationships with corporates, gyms, and communities for group registrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of sales, telesales, or inside sales experience.
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Must know at least one regional language:
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Tamil
- Malayalam
