Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
- Process Management: Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with department managers to define future hiring needs and job requirements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive,, engaging experience for all applicants throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Recruiter, HR Representative, or in talent acquisition.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in ATS systems, job portals (LinkedIn), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Networking: Ability to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
