Job Summary
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Farm Dairy Manager to manage daily dairy farm operations, cattle care, milk production, staff, feed, hygiene, and farm records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dairy farm operations and cattle care.
- Monitor milk production, quality and hygiene.
- Manage cattle feed, health, vaccination and breeding activities.
- Supervise farm workers and daily work schedules.
- Maintain farm records, stock and production reports.
- Check cleanliness, equipment and farm facilities.
- Control feed, medicine and other farm expenses.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, suppliers and management.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.V.Sc. / Agriculture or Dairy-related qualification preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in dairy farm management.
- Good knowledge of cattle management, dairy operations, feeding and milk production.
- Ability to manage farm staff and daily operations.
- Good record-keeping and basic MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
