JOB TITLE: SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR HR GENERALIST
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR professional to manage general human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management and employee engagement. Candidates with HR experience in hospitals, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, facility management, hospitality, retail or other service industries may apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shifts and employee movements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing and employee benefits.
- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus and labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, notices and reports.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development activities.
- Organise employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
- Support training-needs identification and training coordination.
- Assist with HR policies, SOPs, audits and compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and provide workforce information to management.
- Coordinate separation formalities, exit interviews and final settlements.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and organisational information.
QUALIFICATION
MBA, MSW, MHRM, PGDM or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Personnel Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3–5 years of general HR experience.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, facility management, hospitality, retail or service industries is preferred.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR operations and statutory compliance is required.
- Experience working in a shift-based or manpower-intensive organisation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,590.47 - ₹73,152.49 per month
