Florence Estates is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, site visits, digital platforms)
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal processing
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local property market
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Graduate (preferred)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
