Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead the organization's Social Media marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, leading the digital marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimize ROI.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, with prior team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
