Role Overview:
Join our growing team and work on real SaaS growth campaigns, managing multi-platform paid marketing strategies focused on leads, demos, trials, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute & optimize paid campaigns for SaaS products
- Manage ads on Meta, Google Ads & JioHotstar
- Support lead generation campaigns for India & UAE markets
- Monitor & optimize key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Assist in audience targeting, A/B testing & ad creatives
- Coordinate with design, content & sales teams
- Track campaign performance & prepare reports
- Maintain campaign hygiene & tracking setup
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of performance marketing experience
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Understanding of SaaS funnels & paid conversions
- Knowledge of CPL, CPA, ROAS & CAC
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM & Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical & execution skills
Good to Have:
- Experience targeting India & Dubai (UAE) audiences
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads
- CRM & lead tracking knowledge
- Startup / fast-paced work environment experience
