About BlackBond Media
BlackBond Media is a 6-year-old music marketing agency based in India. We work with labels and artists like DefJam India, Sony Music India, Mass Appeal India, Badshah, Hanumankind, and Arijit Singh — running influencer campaigns and managing talent across the country.
About the Role
We're building out our influencer database from the ground up and need two sharp, driven interns to own this fully. Your job is simple in theory, hard in practice — find creators across every niche and tier, reach out cold, negotiate rates, lock them in, and maintain a clean, usable database our team can deploy on any campaign.
This is not a desk job. It's outreach, negotiation, and hustle — and if you're good at it, there's a full-time role on the other side.
What You'll Do
— Discover influencers across music, memes, food, fashion, lifestyle, and edit pages (10K to 1M+ followers)
— Run cold outreach via DM and email — introduce BlackBond, build the relationship
— Negotiate and lock posting rates per format (reel, story, post)
— Maintain and update our Notion database with accurate, verified entries
— Support live campaigns with follow-ups, link collection, and coordination
What We're Looking For
— Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
— Genuine interest in the creator economy, music, and social media culture
— Strong written communication — you'll be DMing and emailing creators daily
— Organised and self-driven — remote role means you manage your own time
— Bonus: you already follow a lot of creators and understand what makes content work
Compensation
— Fixed stipend: ₹8,000–15,000/month
— Performance incentive
— Milestone bonus: hit 500 database entries by month 3 and earn a one-time bonus
— Full-time offer for strong performers at the end of 6 months
