This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role with openings across Mohali, Kolkata, Patna, and Ranchi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the company's financial and technology offerings — including insurance, NBFC services, loans, mutual funds, NRI banking, and related products. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The candidate will also build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, develop market penetration strategies, and consistently achieve revenue and expansion targets. Qualifications - MBA degree (mandatory) - Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA based on skills, experience, and interview performance
