CCTV / Security Systems Engineer
We are looking for a skilled CCTV Engineer to join our technical team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of hardware knowledge (cameras, cabling, mounting) and IT networking skills (IP addresses, NVR/DVR configuration, remote viewing setup).Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Lead the physical installation of CCTV cameras (Analog & IP), NVRs, DVRs, and related security hardware.
- Networking: Configure switches, NVR and basic network settings to enable remote monitoring and cloud storage.
- Maintenance: Perform site visits to install / troubleshoot signal loss, hardware failure, or storage issues.
- System Design: Conduct site surveys to determine the best camera placement for maximum coverage and efficiency.
- Support: Train clients on how to use the monitoring software and mobile apps.
- Compliance: Ensure all installations meet safety standards and local privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in CCTV installation or security systems.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IP and Analog systems, PTZ cameras, and POE switches.
- Networking: Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocols, and port forwarding.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working at heights (ladders/scaffolding) and using power tools.
- Certifications: (Optional) Certification in Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, or similar brands is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical setups to non-technical customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
