Your job:
Administration, maintenance and continuous quality assurance of data in relevant systems and databases
Coordinating, preparing and executing data releases in accordance with internal standards and release processes
Managing translation workflows, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external language service providers
Entering, validating and updating data while ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency
Preparing and structuring data for technical authors, ensuring high reusability and adherence to editorial and semantic requirements
Working in a Component Content Management System (CCMS) to maintain, enrich and structure modular content
Supporting interdisciplinary and international teams with data-related and information structuring tasks
Your qualification:
B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA in relevant field with 4+ years of professional experience as a content data specialist
Very good knowledge of English, of at least C1 level certification (as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills to successfully formulate concepts and ideas
Experience in data administration, data management or related fields with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy
Experience working with CCMS environments and modular content structures
Ability to prepare, process and maintain data efficiently and with high attention to detail
Familiarity with translation processes, terminology workflows or language management systems
Experience with metadata, information models or system-based data workflows (e.g., PIM, CCMS, ERP) is an advantage
Willingness to work with complex information structures and continuously learn new tools and processes
Highly motivated team player and ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary and multi-national environment
