We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Deputy Sales Consultant to join our growing consulting team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent analytical skills, and experience in management consulting, outbound sales, or channel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Consultants in planning and executing client consulting engagements.
- Coordinate fieldwork by preparing project plans, gathering documentation, and collaborating with client stakeholders.
- Visit client locations to observe operations, assess sales processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to generate actionable business insights.
- Collect and analyze financial and non-financial, qualitative, and quantitative data.
- Interview client employees, management teams, and key stakeholders to understand business challenges.
- Assist in developing practical recommendations to improve sales performance and business growth.
- Participate in problem-solving, hypothesis creation, and solution validation using structured consulting frameworks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Create tools and reports to measure project effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients by sharing project plans, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Document project learnings and contribute to the organization's knowledge base.
- Support implementation of recommended solutions and ensure successful client adoption.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities when required.
Required Qualifications
- 4.5 to 5.5 years of experience in:
- Management Consulting (Preferred), or
- Outbound Direct Sales, or
- Channel Sales
- Bachelor's Degree (BBA or equivalent) or MBA.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business operations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Microsoft Access

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
