Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Mechanical Engineering freshers to join our engineering/manufacturing team. The candidate will get an opportunity to work on production, machine operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Support engineers and supervisors in machine and process operations.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Assist in quality inspection and measurement of components.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support assembly, fabrication, machining, maintenance, or production activities as required.
- Maintain production records and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Learn and implement company processes and manufacturing practices.
Eligibility
- ITI – Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist / related trades
- Diploma – Mechanical Engineering
- BE/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates willing to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
