Job description :You will be required to program, set up, and operate Vertical Machining Centers to manufacture high-precision mechanical components. You will translate engineering blueprints into finalized parts, optimize machining efficiency, and maintain stringent quality control standards.
Machining & Quality ControlOperate VMC machines efficiently according to operational procedures.Monitor machine performance, feed rates, and coolant flow to prevent malfunctions.Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM.Adjust machine parameters and correct tool wear offsets to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: ITI (Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in both setting and programming VMCs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
