Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
- Communicate with interested prospects through chat and calls as required.
- Share relevant information and guide inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth communication and updates.
- Ensure professional and courteous interactions at all times.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to manage conversations effectively.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in telecalling, customer interaction, or similar roles is a plus.
