Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and finishing of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances.
- Perform crown polishing, trimming, cleaning, and packaging activities.
- Prepare dental models, impressions, and casts as per prescribed procedures.
- Support CAD/CAM operations, digital scanning, and 3D printing processes when required.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision.
- Follow production schedules to ensure timely delivery of cases.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure accuracy, fit, aesthetics, and compliance with laboratory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Record production data and maintain proper documentation of cases.
- Coordinate with senior technicians and production supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications
- 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or dental laboratories is an added advantage.
Preferred Attributes
- Interest in healthcare and dental technology.
- Knowledge of dental materials and CAD/CAM systems is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
Career Growth
Production Trainees will receive on-the-job training and can progress to roles such as Dental Technician, CAD/CAM Technician, Crown & Bridge Technician, Quality Analyst, or Production Supervisor based on performance and skill development.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
