Job Description:
- Experience of 2–3 years in Banquet Sales, Corporate Sales, Hotel Sales, or Event Management.
- Responsible for generating banquet, corporate, and social event business for the hotel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and local businesses.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations to generate leads and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for room revenue, banquet revenue, and events.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain an updated client database.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare daily sales reports, weekly plans, and revenue forecasts.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should preferably be from the local market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
