Key Responsibilities
- Promote Gurcharanam Academy's courses for IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, and Olympiad preparation.
- Generate leads through field marketing, digital marketing, seminars, and school visits.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Conduct educational seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain records of leads, admissions, and marketing activities.
- Assist in executing social media and local marketing campaigns.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel locally for promotional activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
