Job Name: Site Engineer
Job Summary:
Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction project execution, site supervision, quality control, and coordination. Skilled in managing daily site activities, monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report status to project management.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for site activities.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues at the site.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout project execution.
- Maintain site documentation, records, and reports.
- Support project completion, testing, and handover activities.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in building construction, infrastructure, or related projects.
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
