Job Summary
As a Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote services, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Duties
- Conduct warm calling to prospective customers
- Communicate product information effectively
- Market products or services to potential clients
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to drive sales
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to pitch products persuasively
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques and telemarketing strategies
