Role Mission
You are the "Network Catalyst." Your job is to introduce the world to the ZOZO Dot (the smart way to connect) and the ZOZO Buddy (the app that manages connections). You will turn every handshake into a digital subscription and help build the most connected community in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation (The "Hunt")
- Target Audience: Identify and engage with Founders, Freelancers, Students, and Corporate Professionals who need a networking upgrade.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and "feet-on-the-street" field visits to spark interest.
- Meeting Fixer: Schedule high-quality product demos and networking sessions.
2. Product Presentation & Sales (The "Pitch")
- ZOZO Evangelism: Clearly explain how the Zozo Dot replaces paper cards and adds real value to a professional's life.
- Live Demos: Show off the "Tap-and-Share" magic in real-time to wow prospects.
- Target Ownership: Confidently handle objections and convert prospects into Paid Subscriptions to hit your monthly growth milestones.
3. Field Activations (The "Hustle")
- Campus & Corporate Drives: Lead stalls at colleges and co-working spaces to drive bulk student/founder onboarding.
- Event Support: Be the energy at ZOZO event stalls—collecting leads and demonstrating the ecosystem to large crowds.
4. Relationship & Onboarding (The "Bridge")
- Warm Follow-ups: Stay in touch with interested prospects to guide them through the "buy" decision.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure new users set up their Zozo Buddy profiles perfectly and understand how to use their Dot.
- Referral Engine: Build such great relationships that our customers become our biggest promoters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: A degree in BBA, B.Com, or Communications is preferred, but we value "Street Smarts" over "Book Smarts."
- Digital Native: You must be comfortable using apps, LinkedIn, and CRM tools (we’ll track your daily calls and conversion ratios).
- The "Outspoken" Edge: You are confident, energetic, and love meeting new people.
- Field-Ready: You are excited about traveling within Chennai for meetings and activations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
